UPDATE: 1 WEEK CAFFEINE FREE

Hey guys this is gonna be a short post just highlighting some of the benefits I've noticed after being completely caffeine free for 1 week now. I will be doing another update when I hit the one month marker but I just wanted to list the benefits I have noticed so far plus the one and only negative I have noticed.
Benefits:
More consistent and steady energy throughout the day.
No peaks or drop offs just linear energy. No spikes and no crashes, very consistent, and at the end of the night when I'm ready for bed I fall asleep much faster (sometimes without notice on the couch).
Better overall sleep.
Sleep consistently throughout the night without waking up at all.
Much more comfortable sleep, no soreness when waking up and feeling overall very well rested.
No soreness from working out
Have limited to no soreness after lifting or doing cardio
No muscle or joint pain
faster recovery time.
Negative:
The one and only negative.
Do still have coffee cravings every so often but it has gone down significantly.
I know this was a very short post, just wanted to give an update. Currently working on a longer post showcasing one of the local farms in my area so stay tuned throughout the day for when I post about it!
