My name is Jeremy and for the past 8 Months I have made a conscious effort to be more diligent about what food I put in my body. I have cut out processed foods entirely and only eat the best foods I can find from local farmers. On this journey I have seen significant improvement in my mental and physical health including a 30lb weight loss and counting. This is an informative blog on better nutrition while emphasizing on supporting your local farmers.
I have always had an interest in nutrition and even spent 3.5 years working in sports nutrition for professional athletes. It is my goal to inform others on the dangers of common nutrition in the US and provide information on the benefits of nutrition sourced from your community. While I am not a doctor, nutritionist, or scientist I worked 12 years as a chef and have experience with a multitude of diets and continue to change on my own personal journey. My only goal is to be informative and express the effects of my own personal journey.
